Initial Consultation

This half hour (minimum) service is designed to review your needs and to assess the current conditions of your garden. Suggestions will be made and sample ideas will be shown to give you a peak at what is possible in your space. Subsequently thereafter a contract will be given (via email) for full garden design.

Price: $30 per half hour

Full Garden Design

Designed for those that want to redo their front and/or back yard.

Phase 1: Conceptual Design

Upon approval of the contract, creations landscape designs will prepare 2 concept plans and related graphics to show different sustainable design options, along with all proposed materials to be used. Afterwards a visit to a nursery and a building materials shop will be made to get a firsthand look at the proposed materials. Design is ever changing and being able to have options, critique and voice your opinion is a must since this is ultimately going to be your dream garden.

Phase 2: Detailed Drawings

After a concept design has been approved then creations landscape designs will create detailed drawings that a landscape contractor can accurately bid from. These drawings show the exact location of all hardscape, plant material and proposed lights. These drawings will also indicate which materials are going to remain or be repurposed.

Phase 3: Install Supervision

creations landscape designs will refer up to 3 (licensed/bonded/insured) landscape contractors to bid the design and will meet with each landscape contractor to thoroughly go over the design to ensure that the intent is understood. creations landscape designs will also inspect and place all plant material prior to installation. Regular site visits will be made to ensure that the project is being installed accurately and smoothly.

Hourly Consulting

creations landscape designs offers consulting services for projects that don’t require a full set of drawings. With a minimum of 3 hours this service offers design advice, a nursery and a building materials site visit plus tips and tricks. Whether it’s a small patio/front porch or a small portion of your yard creations landscape designs can help you achieve your dream garden.

Cost: $60 per hour.

Patio / Front Porch / Balcony Design

If you have little to no land to garden in or if you already have an established garden but need your front porch or patio refreshed then this is the right service for you.

How it works:

creations landscape designs will measure your patio or front porch and create a concept idea based on the space that you have, your needs and overall vision for the space. These concepts will show all suggested materials and guide you on where to purchase them. creations landscape designs will also assist with purchasing the materials, placing and planting the pottery and containers.

Bare Spot Planting

This is perfect for those that don’t need a full garden design but rather plant suggestion for those bare spots.
