How It Works

After you call Carex Design Group at 865-765-5550 or fill out our contact form to set up a free consultation with our landscape designer, you’ll:

1. Talk with the landscape designer about the vision for your outdoor space. We’ll also talk with you about the landscape design fee for creating project plans that best suit your needs.
2. Sign a contract based on the agreed upon price and pay a 50% deposit.
3. Receive the preliminary plans for your landscape design and have an opportunity to make revisions.
4. Receive the finalized landscape design plans including all the information your landscaping contractor will need to build your project. If you’re tackling a DIY landscaping project, we’ll provide a list of materials and outline the steps you’ll take to help you get the job done. You’ll pay the remaining 50% of the design fee at this time.

We can also take care of what can sometimes be a daunting process — getting bids from Knoxville landscaping contractors. We’ll collect bids on your behalf, offer advice and recommendations, and help manage the project until it’s done. Choose one of Carex Design Group’s preferred landscaping contractors and you’ll receive a refund of the design fee.
