William Moore, NJ Certified Landscape Architect #823 heads the design team of Cipriano Landscape Design. Bill joined our staff in 2004 and has excelled in producing functional luxury designs that not only look amazing but also meet every need of the homeowner. He possesses a real talent for gaining approval under challenging or strict municipal regulations in addition to his award-winning landscape and pool designs. Bill is 15 for 15 in various zoning, building and environmental variance approvals.
