Initial Consultation

For homeowners in Mississauga, Burlington and Cambridge, and other areas, an in-person meeting with you, our staff will gladly help in the landscaping design process by formulating a list of items that you feel are important for your space, along with the site conditions, budget, lifestyle and in preparing a conceptual plan.

Available Landscape Design Packages

Our designers will then take all the information from the initial consultation and come up with landscaping design options and will contact you with the cost based on the landscape design package of your choice, for example 2D, 3D or 3D with video.

Final Plan

Once a selection has been made from the available landscaping design packages, we will initiate the Final Plan which includes the steps below.

1. A detailed site analysis of your home and surrounding geography.
2. Develop a draft plan for your review and critique. Changes will be made from this meeting, if necessary, prior to completion of final plan.
3. A final plan will be created including all hardscaping, plantings, lighting, grading, drainage, etc.
4. The final plan will also include a budget for the construction.

Project Coordination

We will secure all the necessary locates and permits, as well as ordering all materials and supplies for your project. We will also coordinate any sub trades, if necessary, and review the project with them in detail. Communication with all the necessary dealers, sub trades and municipal authorities are paramount to ensure a smooth transition from concept to completion.

Project Construction

For our valued clients, particularly those from Mississauga, Burlington and Cambridge, our foreman/owner will be onsite every day and will communicate with you the project progress to keep you up to date. We are proud of our workers who are effective, courteous, polite and their attention to detail is second to none. We will also make every effort to keep disruptions to a minimum.

Project Completion

We will walk through your project prior to final invoice to ensure that any final details are complete to your satisfaction and in accordance with your landscaping design.
