Our Philosophy
Our venture allows us to transition outdoor spaces closer to nature, through the artful integration of native plants, the conscientious reuse and recycling of materials, and minimal disruption of the land. Our holistic approach strives to blend the built environment with the natural and historic attributes of each unique site.

Our mission focuses on balancing human needs with the challenges of the complex, changing ecological environment. Quality, on-budget and on-time projects have resulted in numerous repeat clients, which we feel may be the best testimony to our successful approach and expertise. Our portfolio includes awards and honors for LEED certified projects.

Our Services
GWD-C offers professional consultation and design services for outdoor environments of varying type and size. Our nature-based approach results in revitalized natural settings, a reduction in long-term maintenance expense, and cleaner land and water management, all while respecting the objectives and practicalities of each client's perspective.

We pride ourselves in giving back to the communities we serve, from judging the Purple People's Bridge planters and Amberley Village beautification awards, to pro bono landscape design for the City of Cincinnati Housing Development, to illustrating watercolor renderings for the Hamilton County Park District.
